AS8Game Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and AS8Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to your access to and use of the AS8Game website at https://as8game.ws and all related services, games and features offered on or through the platform.

By registering an account on AS8Game, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and, where there is any conflict between a translated version and this English text, the English version shall prevail. AS8Game may provide communications and support in Urdu as a convenience to Pakistani players, but the authoritative legal document remains this English text.

To register and maintain an account on AS8Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AS8Game is strictly an 18+ platform. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or direct family member of an employee of AS8Game or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from AS8Game for any reason.

AS8Game may request documentary proof of identity, age and address at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or equivalent government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

AS8Game reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your AS8Game account, including your login credentials and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. AS8Game strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account via the security settings.

You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify AS8Game immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at support@as8game.ws.
• Ensure that all contact details on your account — email address, phone number and linked payment methods — are current and accurate.

AS8Game will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials, failing to secure their device or failing to notify AS8Game of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner. All activity that occurs through your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified AS8Game of a security incident before the activity took place.

All financial transactions on AS8Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). AS8Game does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees applicable to standard deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Easypaisa (minimum deposit: Rs 500)
• JazzCash (minimum deposit: Rs 500)
• NayaPay (minimum deposit: Rs 500)
• SadaPay (minimum deposit: Rs 500)
• IBFT Bank Transfer (minimum deposit: Rs 1,000)
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card (minimum deposit: Rs 1,000)

Deposits are typically credited to your AS8Game balance within a few seconds for mobile wallet methods and within one to two hours for bank transfers, subject to the relevant payment provider's processing time.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2–24 hours of submission.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically possible. AS8Game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• AS8Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or persons other than the registered account holder.

AS8Game reserves the right to carry out additional security and anti-fraud checks on any withdrawal request. Where such checks are required, the withdrawal may be delayed until the checks are complete. AS8Game will notify the player via email or in-platform notification if their withdrawal is subject to review.

AS8Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Rollover / Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion. Standard rollover requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards rollover requirements. Live casino and slot games typically contribute at 100%. Sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of offer. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits this.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address and per device. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in the closure of duplicate accounts.
• AS8Game's Discretion: AS8Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, AS8Game will honour that specific bonus under its original stated terms.

All games available on AS8Game — including live dealer casino games, RNG (Random Number Generator) table games, slots, virtual sports, fishing games and Teen Patti — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface and by these Terms where applicable.

By placing a bet on any game on AS8Game you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing.
• You accept the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage and house edge associated with that game.
• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, altered or refunded except in cases of a documented technical fault.
• All game outcomes on RNG games are generated by certified random number generation software that has been independently audited for fairness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in a live studio environment. AS8Game is not responsible for delays caused by technical connectivity issues on the player's side during live game sessions.

Technical Faults: If a game malfunctions, disconnects or produces an error during an active betting session, AS8Game will investigate and, where a verifiable technical fault on AS8Game's side is confirmed, will credit the player's account accordingly. AS8Game's decision in such disputes is final. Connectivity issues on the player's device or internet connection do not constitute a platform fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AS8Game and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Cheating and Fraud: Using any method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including — but not limited to — exploitation of software bugs, unauthorised use of third-party software, game manipulation or collusion in multiplayer games.
• Bot and Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any tool that allows play to occur without genuine human input is prohibited across all AS8Game game types.
• Money Laundering: Using AS8Game for any money laundering or illegal financial activity. AS8Game is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. All large or unusual transaction patterns are reviewed by AS8Game's compliance team.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting rollover loopholes, placing offsetting bets across accounts to clear bonuses risk-free, or any other activity designed to abuse AS8Game's promotional offers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on AS8Game. Players who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name, providing false identification documents or in any other way misrepresenting your identity on AS8Game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use AS8Game's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any AS8Game content in any medium.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of AS8Game's software.
• Use AS8Game's brand assets, name or logo in any third-party context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from AS8Game's platform by automated means.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to AS8Game regarding the platform become the property of AS8Game and may be used by the platform without any obligation to compensate or credit the submitting player.

AS8Game collects and processes personal data from registered players in connection with the operation of the platform and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations. • Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures or circumstances beyond AS8Game's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including bet placements, withdrawal timing or failure to use responsible gaming tools.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or device.

AS8Game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent in-platform notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the updated document.

Your continued use of AS8Game following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting AS8Game support.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. AS8Game will attempt to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Players who remain dissatisfied following AS8Game's final resolution position may seek independent legal advice.

Irrespective of where you access AS8Game from, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
